To catch everyone up on where we are now:
Jeff is still with Rent-A-Center, now he is store manager!
Georgia is selling Mary Kay now and LOVES IT! She gets to make money AND stay home with Jacob!
Jacob is almost 20mo old now - eek! Almost 2yrs old! Our little toddler has learned many new tricks - he now runs, not walks, he jumps and climbs and loves cars, trucks, trains and basically anything with a motor! He is a very smart boy, still for the most part, easy going kiddo - he has his terrible two moments that make us go really? Are you three yet?? But in reality, we do have it easy with him! He has added some words to his vocabulary, he says: Mommy/momma, Dada, Pappy (which is my dad) go, whoa, weeee!, uh-oh, mo (more) peese (please), juice (which usually comes out juit), and unfortunately he has learned the word NO :( not too happy about that! It did take him 19mo to figure it out though! He still signs for food, drink, sorry, all done, also still signs please and more but he says the words when he does it! He will put garbage in the garbage can, put his cup in the fridge (well, if its open), is showing interest in the potty (whoo-hoo!!!), LOVES to be read to and "reads" to himself! Every day is a new journey with him, he learns something every day (whether its good or bad!) and is just simply an amazing boy!
Turbo - is old! The hyper-active dog is still nuts, but settles down much more quickly now, and likes to just lay around - think that has to do with hiding from Jacob who terrorizes the poor dog!
Jeff and I will be married for a whole year (wow, a year already?? Seems longer to me :D) in July, wondering what we should do for our 1yr anniversery...
Well, time to get going, I must "company clean" since we will have an apartment full tonight for yummy sloppy joes!
Holy cow! It will be a year in July. Time goes WAY to fast.
